Terms of Use

Manga Forge (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), a project under the brand “Rewired Labs”, is an online studio that generates manga art, edits, characters, and full comics using AI. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter a contract, and not be barred from using the Service under applicable law. The Service is intended only for jurisdictions where adult, AI-generated content is lawful.

Your account. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

License to use. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

Adults only (18+) & content disclaimer

• •This site contains explicit, AI-generated adult content intended for adults 18 years or older.
• •All characters depicted are fictional and are 18 years of age or older. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.
• •You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction regarding adult content.
• •Generated content is AI-created and provided as-is; it does not depict real people or events.
• •By entering you confirm you are at least 18 and consent to viewing adult material of your own free will.

Where required for a public launch, age may be verified by a third-party identity provider in addition to your self-attestation. You agree not to share generated content with anyone under 18.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use the Service to create, request, upload, or distribute any content that:

• •depicts, sexualizes, or could be interpreted as depicting any minor (a real or fictional person under 18), in any context — a zero-tolerance rule;
• •depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including sexual deepfakes or impersonation;
• •depicts non-consensual acts, or is intended to harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence;
• •infringes someone else's intellectual property or other rights;
• •is illegal where you live or where the Service operates, or attempts to bypass the safety systems.

The Service enforces an unconditional minor-safety filter on every text and image generation that cannot be disabled in any mode and blocks prompts combining youth and sexual context. The 18+ gate unlocks only mature content between adults — never this safety floor. We cooperate with lawful requests and report apparent child sexual abuse material as required.

AI-generated content & ownership

Output is produced by third-party AI models. Characters and scenes are fictional and do not depict real people; any resemblance is coincidental. AI output can be inaccurate, repetitive, or unexpected.

Your content. You retain the rights you hold in the prompts you submit. As between you and us, you own the images, scripts, and comics you generate, to the extent such output is protectable and lawful — subject to the rights of the underlying model providers and applicable law (AI-output ownership is unsettled in some jurisdictions). You are responsible for how you use what you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.

Billing, credits & refunds

• •Credits are a prepaid balance used to generate content. They have no cash value and, except where a refund is required by law, are non-refundable once purchased.
• •Subscriptions grant a monthly credit allotment that resets each billing period (use-it-or-lose-it) and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• •Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. a crypto payment processor). Crypto payments are final and are not reversible or chargeback-eligible.
• •Prices, packs, and plans may change; changes apply to future purchases and renewals, with notice where required.
• •You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may refuse or reverse a transaction we believe is fraudulent or violates these Terms.

Privacy policy

What we collect. Account email and authentication data; age-consent and (if enabled) verification status; a credit ledger of purchases and usage; support messages you send us; and basic technical/log data. Your projects and generated images are stored in your browser (IndexedDB) and are not uploaded to us by default.

Payment data. We do not collect or store full payment card or wallet details — these are handled by our payment processor. We receive only a transaction reference and amount.

Service providers (sub-processors). We share the minimum data needed with providers that run the Service: authentication & database hosting, transactional email, payment processing, optional age verification, and the AI model providers that fulfil your generations. Each acts under its own terms and privacy policy.

How we use it. To provide and secure the Service, process payments, enforce the safety floor and these Terms, respond to support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR / CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may delete your account from Settings → Account, which removes your local data and requests removal of your server-side records. Email support@mangaforge.app for any privacy request.

Retention & security. We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal/financial reasons, then delete or anonymise them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Copyright & content removal

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content associated with the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to support@mangaforge.app including: your contact details; identification of the work; the material at issue and where it is; a good-faith statement; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act. We remove or disable infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service and all output are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms. Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law & changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction (to be specified by the operator). We may update these Terms; material changes re-prompt your acceptance (the version number above changes). Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
